Morning Technical Analysis – June 25, 2025

In today’s Morning Technical Analysis – June 25, 2025, we examine persistent weakness across the grain complex. All major corn, soybean, and wheat contracts are extending recent losses, with several pushing to new lows. Technical support levels continue to fail under steady fund selling and minimal commercial buying interest.

🌽 Corn Technical Outlook (ZCN25 + ZCZ25)

July and December Corn Futures Chart ZCN25 ZCZ25 - Morning Technical Analysis June 25 2025

Today’s corn market features fresh lows in both the July (ZCN25) and December (ZCZ25) contracts. Selling pressure remains dominant as speculative momentum continues driving price action lower.

🔹 July Corn (ZCN25)

  • Last: 413-0
  • Trend: Waterfall decline; consecutive lower closes
  • Support: 410-0, then 405-0
  • Resistance: 416-2, then 420-0
  • Volume: Steady on red bars; no reversal volume detected
  • Outlook: Bears remain in full control. Oversold indicators are present but have not sparked buying interest yet. Watch for signs of seller fatigue near 410-0.

🔹 December Corn (ZCZ25)

  • Last: 425-4
  • Trend: Firm downtrend with minimal retracement
  • Support: 422-0, followed by 418-0
  • Resistance: 429-0, then 434-0
  • Volume: Increasing into weakness
  • Outlook: The market needs to reclaim 429-0 to stabilize. Failing that, trend acceleration is likely into the USDA Acreage Report.

🌱 Soybeans Technical Outlook (ZSN25 + ZSX25)

July and November Soybeans Futures Chart ZSN25 ZSX25 - Morning Technical Analysis June 25 2025

Soybeans are posting fresh lows this morning across both the July (ZSN25) and November (ZSX25) contracts. Both charts show textbook bear trend structures with no support reactions yet.

🔹 July Soybeans (ZSN25)

  • Last: 1042-2
  • Trend: Lower highs and lower lows continue to dominate
  • Support: 1038-0, then 1032-0
  • Resistance: 1046-6, with firmer resistance near 1055-0
  • Volume: Mixed but consistent during down sessions
  • Outlook: The technical structure remains bearish unless bulls can take back 1046-0 on strong volume. Sellers are targeting a test of sub-1035 zones next.

🔹 November Soybeans (ZSX25)

  • Last: 1031-2
  • Trend: Accelerating downward channel
  • Support: 1025-0, then psychological 1010-0
  • Resistance: 1037-0, with stronger resistance at 1046-0
  • Volume: Heavy on red candles; confirms conviction selling
  • Outlook: Price continues to push below prior support levels. A reaction near 1025-0 could offer a pause, but trend remains bearish until multiple levels are reclaimed.

🌾 Wheat Technical Outlook (ZWZ25, KWN25, MWN25)

All three major wheat contracts are under pressure again this morning. Technical damage remains significant following a multi-session selloff.

🔹 Chicago Wheat (ZWZ25)

Chicago Wheat Futures Chart ZWZ25 - Morning Technical Analysis June 25 2025
  • Last: 572-4
  • Trend: Steady downward bias with failed bounce attempts
  • Support: 570-0, then 565-0
  • Resistance: 575-6, followed by 582-0
  • Outlook: The market is consolidating just above critical support. Any break below 570 opens the door to deeper liquidation into the low 560s.

🔹 KC Wheat (KWN25)

KC Wheat Futures Chart KWN25 - Morning Technical Analysis June 25 2025
  • Last: 614-2
  • Trend: Aggressive breakdown with no recovery effort
  • Support: 610-0, then 600-0
  • Resistance: 625-0
  • Outlook: KC wheat has been one of the weakest contracts in recent sessions. Without a spark in demand or weather threat, sellers continue to dominate.

🔹 Spring Wheat (MWN25)

Spring Wheat Futures Chart MWN25 - Morning Technical Analysis June 25 2025
  • Last: 625-2
  • Trend: Sideways chop with a slight bearish lean
  • Support: 615-0, then 610-0
  • Resistance: 630-0, with stronger barrier at 635-0
  • Outlook: Spring wheat is holding slightly better than Chicago or KC, but remains vulnerable. A drop below 615 could trigger a new leg lower.
