Morning Technical Analysis – Corn Futures Look to Rebound

📈 Morning Ag Futures Technical Outlook – July 28, 2025

Grain futures are showing early signs of stabilization following a multi-session decline. Corn is attempting to rebound off fresh lows, wheat is forming a minor reversal candle, and soybeans continue to drift near support. Here’s a closer look at today’s chart setup for each major contract.

🌽 September 2025 Corn (ZCU25)

ZCU25 Corn Chart
  • Last Price: 398-2 | Change: +1-0 (+0.25%)
  • Support: 394-4 (overnight low)
  • Resistance: 399-4
  • Trend: Attempting bullish reversal

ZCU25 posted a small recovery overnight after dipping to its lowest level since early July. The candle structure shows a potential bullish reversal off 394-4 support. A close back above 399-4 would help confirm the turn, while failure to hold 396 may invalidate the setup.

🌾 September 2025 Wheat (ZWU25)

ZWU25 Wheat Chart
  • Last Price: 534-6 | Change: -2-0 (-0.37%)
  • Support: 533-4
  • Resistance: 538-2
  • Trend: Bearish, but oversold

ZWU25 remains under pressure, closing lower for the fourth session in a row. However, a small hammer candle is forming near short-term support at 533-4. The market is still in a downtrend but vulnerable to a short-covering bounce if momentum shifts above 538.

🫘 November 2025 Soybeans (ZSX25)

ZSX25 Soybeans Chart
  • Last Price: 1014-6 | Change: -0-4 (-0.05%)
  • Support: 1013-2
  • Resistance: 1021-4
  • Trend: Weak with potential base forming

ZSX25 continues to drift sideways after last week’s breakdown. While downside momentum has slowed, there’s little technical strength yet. Support at 1013-2 has held multiple times, suggesting sellers are losing control. Bulls need to clear 1021-4 to begin rebuilding structure.

📊 Summary Table

Contract Trend Support Resistance Outlook
ZCU25 Rebounding 394-4 399-4 Reversal forming off recent low
ZWU25 Bearish 533-4 538-2 Oversold, watching for bounce
ZSX25 Weak / Neutral 1013-2 1021-4 Base forming, but no breakout
